What payment methods do you accept?
We have a secure payment system. Currently we are accepting online payments via Bank, Easypaisa or Sadapay accounts visible after you checkout. In case of return or any other issue, your amount shall be refunded to you.
How long does it take in shipment?
Our orders are processed between Monday and Friday (exclude weekends). Orders are usually delivered within 10 to 15 days.
I have ordered a product but it is still not delivered. Why?
We ship most of the products from China, USA, france or Russian Federation, therefore delivery takes time especially when the product is delicate. Occasionally, it requires some extra time during holidays and sale season.
